Equipment schedule.

Prepare MEP calculations and drawings.

Prepare Architectural drawings.

Preparation of tendering documents.

Selection of the contractor/tenderer to award the Fit-out & MEP works.

Submit a realistic time frame and project schedule.

Project Management & Supervision.

Following up with the Contractor and the Landlord regarding the obtainment of the required and necessary authority approvals.
