Scope of Work:

Civil works – Excavation, Concrete footing & foundation, concrete columns & walls, sand & gravel back filling and compaction, waterproofing, & concrete screed.

Outdoor floor tiling works including expansion joints.

Concrete planter boxes for palm trees, including concrete works, waterproofing, tiling works.

Joinery works – rope decking handrail with solid wooden post, waiter stations, DJ booth counter, and reception counter.

MEP works – Electrical works, Plumbing & drainage works including outdoor showers, Data works, Audio system and CCTV.
